How to delete your Qare account

Step 1 (optional): Save a copy of your data

If you want to keep your records, do this first. You can't get them back after you delete.

1. Open the Qare app and sign in.
2. Tap the person icon in the top-right corner.
3. Under Settings, tap Data & Privacy.
4. Find Export Your Data and tap Export PDF.
5. Save or share the PDF somewhere safe.

Step 2: Delete your account

1. Open the Qare app and sign in.
2. Tap the person icon in the top-right corner. This opens your Profile.
3. Under Settings, tap Data & Privacy.
4. Scroll to the bottom and find the Delete Account box.
5. Tap the red Delete Account button.
6. A pop-up asks you to confirm. Type the email address you use for Qare. It must match exactly. Capital letters don't matter.
7. Tap Delete Forever.
   • If you see "Email doesn't match," check your spelling and try again.
   • Changed your mind? Tap Cancel instead.
   • The button will say Deleting… for a moment.

What happens next

• Your account is deleted right away.
• You are signed out and taken back to the welcome screen.
• You can delete the app from your phone if you want.
• To use Qare again later, you'll need to make a new account and start over.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account, including:

• Your login and email address
• Your profile details
• Your medications and treatment history
• Your dose, weight, cost, side effect, and check-in logs
• Your consent records
• Internal history and activity records linked to your account

Can't open the app or sign in?

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Ask us to delete your account. We'll let you know when it's done.
